Project Overview

Tampa Civil Design provided Civil Engineering services for the design of  the 132 lot single family subdivision  in Pasco County known as The Estates at Fort King.

Tampa Civil Design assisted/lead in acquiring all appropriate site development permits including:

• Rezoning of Property to MPUD
• Pasco County Site Construction Permit
• South West Florida Water Management Permit
• Pasco County Offsite Roadway Construction Permit
• Pasco County Right of Way Permit
• City of Dade City Utility Construction Permit
• FDEP Water and Sewer Permits
• Final Plat Coordination
