Founded in 2009 by Jeremy Couch, P.E., Tampa Civil Design has been engaged in the private practice of professional engineering, specializing in infill land development for small, medium, and large-scale projects throughout the state of Florida for thirteen years. Our engineers are experienced in many areas of site design including residential subdivisions, multi-family and commercial developments, improvements, industrial projects, water resource, and environmental design, utility design, offsite roadway, and parcel rezoning & variance applications.

Our firm and our client base have steadily grown as a result of our commitment to provide the personal service expected from a small engineering firm, delivered with the professionalism and technical resources of a large firm. We provide our clients with both accountability in the process and excellence in the results.

We understand the value of our engineering service is measured in both the cost and quality of a project. When serving small and medium-sized communities, each project is unique.
