Project Overview

Tampa Civil Design, provided Civil Engineering for the commercial center in Hillsborough County known as The Shoppes at Alafia. Prior to construction plans, Tampa Civil submitted a PRS application to the County on behalf of the client to modify the conditions of the existing PD zoning. Following PD rezoning, Tampa Civil created construction plans for the proposed development. The design services included drainage and subsurface utility design, off-site roadway improvements, watermain extension, and service provider coordination.
