Project Overview
Tampa Civil Design, provided Civil Engineering for the 228 unit apartment complex in Pasco County known as Charleston Communities at Wesley Chapel.
The design services included drainage and subsurface utilities design, off-site roadway improvements, watermain relocation and service provider coordination.
