Project Overview

Tampa Civil Design provided Civil Engineering services for the design of a 71 unit apartment complex in Pinellas County known as Eagle Ridge Apartments.

The design entailed the site design of 7 buildings and clubhouse with utility connection design, associated parking, and drainage improvements.

Tampa Civil Design assisted/lead in acquiring all appropriate site development permits including:

• City of Tarpon Springs Easement Vacation Coordination
• City of Tarpon Springs Construction Approval
• SWFWMD Permit
• Pinellas County Right of Way Permit
• FDEP Water & Sewer Permits
