Project Overview

Tampa Civil Design, provided Civil Engineering for the 126 unit apartment complex in Sarasota County known as Palm Port Apartments.

The design services included: drainage and subsurface utilities design, off-site roadway improvements, & landscaping.

Tampa Civil Design assisted / lead in acquiring all appropriate site development permits including.

• North Port Urban Design Standard Order of Approval
• North Port MAS Development Order
• Southwest Florida Water Management District Environmental Resource Permit
